​Week One - Write a summary of the class reading book you looked at last term. What was it called? Who wrote it? What was the basic storyline? What stood out for you as its main themes? Would you recommend it to someone else?
last term we read a book called Midnite, the characters in the book are Major, Red Ned, Gyp, Dora and Kat.Randolph Stow was the person who wrote Midnite and i think Randolph wrote Midnite really well because Midnite is very funny, most of the words were a little bit difficult and it is very hilarious when Midnite gets drunk and meets a lady called Laura Welbourne.

Week Two - What type of books do you enjoy reading? Do you like funny books? Science Fiction? Scary stories? Adventure? Sad stories? Do you have a favourite book at the moment? Do you prefer to read stories where the main character is your age? Male? Female?
I don't like reading books that are scary, hard and books that have hard words because most of the words i can't read, so i like reading books that are easy but hard books. Most of the books I read are about adventure stories and also about people When i read books i like a series fo books called Indie Kidd and i am reading a book from the series called Being Grown Up Is Cool (NOT) I also like reading books with characters my age because then I know what it is talking about and the main character in the series of Indie Kidd is the girl called Indie.
I am so different to you i love scary books,funny, romance and adventure. I like the twilight saga i am reading the third book in the series eclipse. Twilight is about a girl named Bella who is 17 and a vampire named Edward. i like books that after every chapter something happens and leaves you thinking. Twilight has action, romance and scary bits in it. i don't mind what age the characters are but not adults more 10-20 years old females i can relate to the characters a lot more if they are girls.but i don't mind books about males ether

You most disliked character in a book and why.
The book i am reading at home is called "Bartlett And The Ice Voyage". In the book there is a man who is very lazy, he is also very old and he is also pretty annoying well everyone in the book thinks he is annoying because first of all he hardly gets out of bed and second of all he is has the evil stick that when ever he takes his stick out, everyone looks at him and gets very scared because everyone knows that if they are being naughty they know that they will get wacked with it.
In the book i am reading the character i dislike is the man. I dislike the man because first of all it doesn't sound rite when any one who is being naughty comes to to him and gets wacked and in my head it feels like i am getting wacked with the stick.

What has been your most favourite Justin D'Ath extreme adventure book and why
I haven't read an Extreme Adventure book because I have been reading a book that is about a man and he is very mean because he never of bed and he if people are being naught they will get wacked with his stick.
i havent red any to but i realy realy realy realy realy realy want to but every one realy loves them so i cant realy get them but i heard they are extreamly good im running out of things to say so i will talk about the book that i have read ,i read um.... i forgot what the ones called but the uthere on i read was were these kids get stuck on a island and they look for food and stuff like that then they find all diverent things .

I did an animoto with Talia and the book was Alice-Miranda at School. We chose this book because we both like it and we think that it would be a very good book for all ages. Talia's favorite part was when Alice-Miranda barged into Miss Grimm's office and started to blaber on without even letting Miss Grimm talk. she didn't even notice that Miss Grimm was so shocked. it was very funny. My favorite part was when Alice-Miranda met Alethea and she damanded someone to get her some miniral water when Alice-Miranda offered Alethea some of her's, Alethea didn't want it and she screamed at Alice-Miranda to get out of her car imidiettly.
Alice-Miranda is a 7 year old girl who is in a boarding school for girls the age of 8 and up. she is the youghest girl in her school and she is extremly over-happy about everything. she has a very nice personality and whenever something goes wrong she just has to butt in and fix it. When it comes to people she is the same. She shares a room with a nice and polite girl named Millie. This book is a very exiting and fun book to read, it is for all ages and it won't dissapoint you.
